These fun, practical, and interactive workshop will be led by our experienced facilitators:



1. Gerald Donovan

Gerald Donovan is an experienced educator, school leader, and workshop facilitator. He is currently the Director of Sekolah Bogor Raya – Bogor's leading international-standard school. He has also facilitated workshops and seminars for the ANPS (the Association of National Plus Schools), Sampoerna Teachers' Institute, and for OUP (Oxford University Press) on topics as diverse as ESL, School Leadership, football coaching, and technology in education. Gerald originally comes from the UK and has experience teaching in England, India, Macedonia, and for the last 13 years; here in Indonesia. He is the author of the ESL series “English 911!” and occasionally writes for The Jakarta Post on issues of education. He has a particular focus on professional learning and believes that; “as an educator, we should never feel that we have learnt how to do our jobs. The goal posts are always moving, and we can always improve the way we teach by learning more about learning”.


2. Steve Money

Steve Money leads an educational consultancy called 'the currency of ideas' and he's a senior examiner for IELTS and the IBO (International Baccalaureate Organization). He also facilitates teacher training for the IBO, Triple A Learning, and for OUP (Oxford University Press). He's the co-author of CAS Illustrated and he believes that sharing and exchanging current ideas is a path to best practice. He has led workshops in the Asia Pacific region for the IBO, the ACEL (Australian Council of Educational Leaders), EARCOS (East Asia Regional Council for Overseas Schools) and LIA (Lembaga Persahabatan Indonesia Amerika).



3.  Adi Cerman

Adi Cerman is the Programme Director at International English TEFL TESOL Institute in Jakarta . He is also the Approved Trainer and Assessor for training of Certificate IV in TESOL, which is an accredited qualification within the AustralianQualifications Framework (AQF). He holds Australian Government Accredited Professional Qualifications in TESOL (30887QLD) from DU English College as well as in Training and Assessment in Education (TAE 40110) from Australian Project Management Institute Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. He started teaching English in 1992 and since then he has been  teaching English, training teachers and managing ELT programs in major education institutes around Indonesia such as EF English First, LP3I, and Trisakti School of Communication Media (Trisakti University). He strongly believes that Ongoing Professional Development for English teachers is the key to the success of English language teaching and learning in Indonesia. To support his endeavour to develop teachers and education in Indonesia, Adi also works as the Official Partner of International Teacher Development Institute (iTDi) which is a global community of leading teachers, authors, and educators from around the world.


4. Karl Millsom

Karl Millsom is the Academic Programme Manager at International English TEFL TESOLInstitute. He is in charge of quality assurance of all accredited TEFL and TESOL programmes conducted by the institute. Karl completed his TEFLCertification in the United Kingdom in 2008, and shortly afterwards started his teaching career at EF English First Pluit in West Jakarta. Since then, he has been teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) for various groups of students including Teenagers, Adults, and Professionals as well as training TESOL for pre-service and in-service English teachers around Indonesia. He has a strong interest in Lingustics and is now authoring a series of books on TESOL for International English TEFL TESOL Institute.
